Slobodyanyk V. Psychological features of healthy lifestyle forming of the cadets of the Higher Military Educational Establishment

The dissertation deals with the research of the problem of healthy lifestyle forming of the cadets of the Higher Military Educational Establishment (HMEE). The main subjects of HMEE that have an influence on the future officers' leading a healthy lifestyle and form their motivation as to the maintaining and improving their health are defined. The procedure of the healthy lifestyle forming of the cadets of the HMEE are developed and experimentally tested. It shows the order of the concerted actions of the educational establishment officials that are aimed at the future officers' motivation forming to maintain and improve their personal health, and in particular getting rid of bad habits and self-preservation behaviour activizing. According to the results of the theoretical and experimental investigation the practical recommendations for the leaders of the cadets' training units as to the healthy lifestyle forming of the subordinate personnel are developed.
