Bordyugova G. International Sports Law as a base for forming of a national branch of law – “Sports law of Ukraine”.

The thesis deals with the analysis process of rising of International Sports Law as a branch of international law, its influence on the formation of the national branch “sports law” in the legal systems of other countries, and also with substantiation of appearance of others objective criteria for detachment of sports law in Ukrainian legal system as independent complex branch, in particular, to substantiation of the specificity of the subjects and legal relationship between them, which are regulated by sports law, to presence of the complex method of legal regulation and others branch creative subcomponents, which allow to state about distinction of sports law as independent complex branch of law from other branches of law. A candidate for a degree, on the basis of the conducted systematic research came to the conclusion that there are enough bases for apportionment of the sports law of Ukraine as an independent complex branch of law, about presence of the specific mechanism of the implementation of the norms of international sports law and international legal acts, which regulate legal relationships in sports sphere into national sports legislation, which to this time mostly ignored, but needs adequate reflection in the national legal base, ways of which offered by a candidate for a degree, as well as concrete suggestions to national sports legislation.
