Іn the dissertation performs the theoretical research of process of hydraulic jig-ging on the basis of the power going near the phenomena which take place at separat-ing of grainy environments after a closeness. It is established that efficiency of sepa-rating of grainy materials is determined by their energystate, the increase of which is carried out due to external energy which is added to the system. By these conclusions the set requirements are to granular structure of feedstock jigging, structures interme-diate and horizontally stational benthic layer of model subgrade. On the basis of the accepted technological and structural requirements, grounded parameters which are used for creation of device for forming horizontally stational benthic layer of model subgrade of jigging machines. The results of research are used during modernization of jigging machines at CZF "Proletarian", which are used for dressing of shallow ma-chine class. Introduction of this technology allowed to increase the output of coke concentrate on 2,2% due to the decline of content of factions by a closeness less 1800 kg/m3 in wastes of shallow jigging on 2,5% s 5,9% to 3,4%, at the increase of ash-content of wastes jigging on 3,8% from 79,1% to 82,9%. An economic effect is made by 13,4 million UAH per year.
