The dissertation provides theoretic solution of the problem of definition of forms of adjustment of existing educational paradigms to the process of common international educational space in Europe as a humanitarian event that does not eliminate unique character and singularity of national educational systems. The grounding for transformation of philosophic paradigm of education as a process of formation of methodological ground of humanistic formation of common international educational space based on using of synergetic approach as adequate methodological base for educational transformation in the context of the Bologn Declarations through humanized combination of uniqueness of singular and common, different into joint is elaborated.
