Kruhlova O. Improvement of normative basis of mineral and drinking bottled waters.

The dissertation is dedicated to the solution of the improvement questions of the mineral and drinking bottled waters quality normative provision. Domestic and foreign bottled waters quality normative documents are analyzed and a number of changes and additions are proposed for actual requirements. The bottled drinking water classification is worked out. It allows to define clearly a product and to give it concrete name. The standard project is worked out on the basis of the suggested classification. The division necessity of the regulate area of DSTU 878:2006 "Mineral natural bottled waters. Technical conditions" is proved and also the necessity of two new standards, one of them will standardize requirements to mineral water as food substance and other will standardize requirements to mineral water as medical preparation. Thermostat based on the multistage Peltier modules is proposed for the definition of organoleptic property and water capacity in a bottle. A block scheme for the software modeling is worked out and a basic programme for the integrated assessment of bottled water quality is written. Also main principles of realization of bottled waters quality interregional accounting are described. Mathematical model of the body-interaction system "package-protective coating-water" is proposed. It allows to define harmful additives package-to-water migration dependence on environment and the properties of protective coating.
