In dissertation research the psychological features of overcoming of barriers to the innovations in pedagogical activity are examined. The psychological and pedagogical analysis of approaches to interpretation of concepts of "innovation" and "pedagogical innovation" in domestic and foreign psychology is given. In basis of study of specific of overcoming of psychological barriers in pedagogical activity the functionally-genetic approach and system-dynamic conception are assumed. This conception foresees the psychological alteration as distinguishing feature of innovative activity. Research results the existence of social barriers, barriers of creation and crisis of pedagogical activity. The peculiarities of barriers overcoming are shoved depending on experience of work, sex, age of teacher. The leading role of motivational factor in innovative activity of teacher is researched and the influence of educational establishment type on the motivational structure of teachers-innovators is found out. The dynamics of reasons of innovative activity is traced. The influence of individually-psychological features of teacher (anxiety, internalization and exteriorization, emotional firmness, level of subjective control) on the specific of their innovative activity is researched and analyzed. The main aspects and principles of reflexive and innovative training are worked out for correction of innovative barriers in pedagogical activity, and also results of training application are presented.
