The results received in experiment testifies that development of a cancer prostate represents multistage process which includes changes, beginning from atypical hyperplasia to prostatic of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and eventually from carcinoma of low gradation to an aggressive high gradation tumor with high metastatic potential. Received Experimental Researches Data Testifies to prevalence of precancer and cancer changes in prostate in which stimulation provided by carcinogen and testosterone spent on a background during process. Animals' prostate inflammatory process is contributing factor of precancer changes occurrence and cancer prostate development on a background of cancerogenic and hormonal stimulation that likely could be extrapolated on humans. The chronic inflammation in prostate, can promote development of a cancer. For differential diagnostics of a chronic prostatitis and a cancer prostate in cases of stable PSA increase, shown biopsy of this organ and not when doubtful diagnosis. Groups of the raised risk selection (more than 50 years males with a chronic prostatitis and high PSA, prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia), are subject to dispensary observation and prostate biopsy in some cases.
