The object - the process of professional and pedagogical training of the experts of the Ministry of the Interior of Ukraine; the aim - to reveal the influence of the technology of organization of professional and pedagogical training of experts of the Ministry of the Interior, which is investigated in the dissertation, on the improvement of the level of their professional competence development; the methods - theoretical, empiric, method of mathematical statistics; the novelty - the research is the first to characterize the pedagogical component and investigate and experimentally check the technological stages of organization of professional and pedagogical training of experts of the Ministry of the Interior; the results - implementation of stage-based organization of professional and pedagogical training of experts-criminologists, its methodological support: teaching manuals "Expertise of technical state of transport means", " Transport trassological expertise", "Expertise of traffic accidents".
