Rzhevskyi G. The psychological features of professional development of junior commanders of military contract service.

In the dissertation a theoretical generalization is resulted and a new scientific task which consists in determination of psychological features and a development on their basis of optimum model of the professional development of junior commanders of military contract service is decided. A complex of diagnostic methods is scientifically defined and approved, which are directed on determination of psychological features, dynamics, factors of the professional development of junior commanders, and a complex of methods of junior commanders professional development psychological support is defined and approbated, too. The model of the professional development and practical recommendations on application of the model of professional development of military specialists are designed. Subsequent development was acquired by the components of system of organization of psychological work with the junior commanders of contract service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
