The dissertation is devoted to proved biotechnology of immobilizing hydrolytic enzyme preparation Cytоrecifen-М development on the base of Streptomyces recifensis var. lyticus 2435/М producer. It was optimizing nutrient medium for biosynthesis of enzyme preparation by selected strain. It has shown opportunity of replacement in its composition of hydrolyzed starch by native, expediency using soya flour of special treatment and stimulating action of silica in 0.1% concentration. It has determined efficiency of high disperses silica (aerosil) using for obtaining of immobilizing Cytоrecifen-М preparation and it was specifying optimum parameters of immobilization processing with absorptive method. According to research conduct, it has developed apparature and technological schemes and it has created of Technological temporary regulation for production of immobilizing preparation Cytоrecifen-М. Developed technology predicts industrial producer cultivation on optimized nutrient medium, separated biomass by centrifugation, enzyme immobilization on 5% silica (aerosil) with subsequent centrifugation separating and drying out in contact way. Proposed technology enables to combine allocation and enzyme immobilization that predetermines efficiency, technical simplicity and development profitability. It has conducted approbation technology in research-industrial conditions. It has established bacteriostatic concentration of received preparation (10mg/cm3) and it has shown an opportunity of Cytоrecifen-М use in composition of synthetic cleansing agent with antiseptic effect and its prospects use as medical surface antimicrobial agent.
