Ulizko V. Estimation of the functional state of qualified table - tennis sportswomen during one-year period

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of study of change of the functional state of the sportswomen specialized in table tennis in the annual loop of preparation. A research object is the functional state of skilled sportswomen which are specialized on table tennis. The article of research is estimation and correction of the functional state of skilled sportswomen which are specialized on table tennis. Purpose of work - to develop quantitative estimations and method of correction of improvement of the functional state and special physical preparation of the skilled sportswomen specialized in table tennis in annual one-year period of preparation. The scientific novelty of research consists in development of estimation of the functional state of the cardiovascular system at skilled sportswomen during the annual cycle of preparedness. Intercommunication of the functional state of the cardiovascular functional system and level of the special physical preparation of sportswomen is first scientifically grounded. First developed and experimental the complex of exercises is confirmed on the improvement of the functional state and special physical preparedness. The method of impedansometria is used at the change of physiological indexes of body of skilled sportswomen under influencing of employments by table tennis. It grounds efficiency of the offered training loadings.
