Essay

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of directions of primary health care improvrment to rural population due to optimization of organizational forms and models of professional work. On the basis of the complex analysis quality of medical aid is studied and the most effective directions of increase of its level due to organizational components are certain. Peculiarities of distribution of volumes of the aid at different organizational levels are found out. Distribution of production functions is investigated and advanced organizational-technological model of professional work is proved.
