Kolisnichenko V. Preparation of the future workers of legal bodies for work with teenagers of "risk group"

The dissertation research is devoted to a problem of preparation of the future workers of legal bodies to preventive work with teenagers of "risk group". Its results have become revealing essence and factors occurrence pedagogical neglect among, the minors and the features of professional training of the graduates of legal high schools for realization of preventive activity in system of legal bodies are considered. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the problem, taking into account the results of the experiment the structure of their professional readiness was developed which is submitted by interaction of motivation-value, substantial, psychological and functional-determine components. The system of initial conceptual rules, contents and main parameters of pedagogical technology is justified, that on the basis of intersubject connections provides high productivity of preparation of future worker of legal bodies in the designated direction. The experimental way proves set of pedagogical conditions of realization of a complex of pedagogical influences on motivate-willed, intelligence-substantial and processіve-active sphere of the cadets during preparation for realization of precautionary-corrective measures with children's quota.
