Essay

Theoretical analyses of scientific works proved conclusions about applicability and feasibility of the research problem. Current situation in general secondary schools (GSS) principals' training was defined. The structure of specialisation (information, consultation, orientation, diagnostic, coordination) was reasoned. This structure defined the components for GSS principals' training in the Institute of In-Service Teacher's Training (IITT) to introduce specialisation in the educational process. These components are: motivation and target; information and contexts; operation and activities. The context of in-service training was defined; criteria and methods of their training level evaluating were developed. The model of CS principals' training in the (IITT) for implementation of specialisation was theoretically reasoned and experimentally proved. This model includes conceptual, contextual, methodological, resultative and grading components. This model is the innovation for Ukrainian Teacher's In-Service Training System.
