In the research the problem of the formation of self-realization value of future pedagogues has been investigated, formal and essential characteristics of the content concept "value of self-realization" have been defined, its criteria, indexes of formation have been grounded, the aggregate of diagnostic instruments for its measuring. The most useful in relation to the context of selected problematic results of scientific researches in the sphere of philosophy, psychology and pedagogy are presented and analyzed. The aggregate of organizationally-pedagogical terms, which became necessary and sufficient circumstances on which efficiency of process of the formation of self-realization value depends for future pedagogues is developed and grounded. Organizational aspects, stages, difficulties, most substantial results of pedagogical experiments for verification of efficiency of organizationally-pedagogical terms, during which author's educational-methodical workouts (educational and working programs, materials for undertaking of modern lectures and tutorials for the subject "Basis of pedagogical art" and pedagogical practice) are used, are presented.
