Parkhomenko V. Information support of local self-government for providing services to the population

Object of research: informative systems and process of informatization of public management. Purpose: development of theoretical positions, methodical bases and practical recommendations on informatization of process of give of services to the population by the bodies of local self-government. Methods: formal-logical, complex, system and history approaches, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, analogy, classification, structural analysis, mathematical design. Results: in a theory the approaches to perfection of process of informatization of give by the bodies of local self-government of social services are grounded. Novelty: the conceptual ground of positions on the institutional providing of informatization of activity of bodies of local self-government is offered. It is inculcated in activity of bodies of local self-government of the Lugansk region. Areas of the use: state administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
