Drobot O. Psychosemantic analysis of future managers' professional conscious

Object of study - the defined by work professional consciousness. The purpose of study consists in theoretical proof and experimental psychosemantic research of the peculiarities of professional consciousness of the future managers. The methods: theoretical analysis, methods of personal constructs and free associations; questionnaires, projective techniques, content-analysis; statistics. Novelty: the new theoretical approach to explanation of the specificity of the professional image of the world is developed; the axiological and motivational components of consciousness of the future managers are experimentally confirmed; the scientific knowledge about the reflective components of consciousness is added; the diagnostic correctness of psychogeometrical measurements of representations about self and the future profession is confirmed; the model of production of professional image of the world is proved. The practical value of work: the results can be used for student's education on speciality of "management", in group psychocorrectional work, in improvement of system of professional skill; with a view of diagnostics of management propensities.
