Zel I. Forming the Andragogical Competence of Humanitarian Faculties Students of Classic Universities.

In dissertation the basic going to the essence of concept "andragogical competence" is analysed in the pedagogical literature and new determination is given in accordance with the conducted dissertation research. At the same time the conception of continuous education is directed on providing of the competencial going to the professional training of future andragogs. The given work is devoted to the problem of teaching andragogical competence of the students of humanitarian faculties of classic universities. The notion "andragogical competence" is determined and given a definition. The research determines the criteria, indications, level characteristics and pedagogical conditions for teaching andragogical competence of the students of humanitarian faculties of classic universities. Theoretically grounded the model of process of forming of andragogical competence, facilities of its realization, methodical recommendations accordingly to author's model are developed. Actuality of problem of forming of andragogical competence on the modern stage of development of society is confirmed experimentally.
