Essay

The system of continuous training specialists in applied mathematics, provided by purposeful, substantial, functional and resulting components, is founded and developed. The system consists of three subsystems: preprofessional training (profile school) - creating conditions for profound maths learning, interests development, forming positive attitude to the future profession (for students of mathematical classes); basic professional training (Bachelor's Degree) - purposeful professional training and professional formation; and professional improvement (obtaining Master's Degree or Specialist qualification) - knowledge and practical activity improvement, realizing preparedness for professional activity, creating conditions for professional and creative abilities as well as professional plans forming, defining objectives for continuous knowledge replenishment and professional self-development. All components of the system are united by a common system-making factor that is the aim to form a qualified specialist in applied mathematics. Organizational and pedagogical fundamentals of providing the efficacy of continuous training specialists in applied mathematics are defined: senior school profiling; the introduction of innovatory technologies of teaching, namely a credit and modular technology; providing appropriate pedagogical conditions; providing the formation of the components by criteria and corresponding levels.
