Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to the specific concerns of the cardiovascular system and lipid exchange in patients with metabolic syndrome and also the efficient administration of drugs with metabolic action (Trimetazidine and Mildronat). For patients with metabolic syndrome, a more severe course of arterial hypertension is characteristic, which is confirmed by index of "load pressure" per day and particularly at night and also more variability of arterial pressure. Among disturbance of cardiac rhythm in metabolic syndrome, supra-ventricular paroxysmal disturbances of cardiac rhythm is characteristic: paroxysmal tachycardia and arrhythmia. Fatty acid spectrum of lipids of membrane erythrocytes of patients with metabolic syndrome is characterized by increased saturated and decreased unsaturated due to arachidonic, linoleic and docosahexaenoic acid. The application of Trimetazidine in the complex treatment of metabolic syndrome leading to an improvement of the pumping function of the heart and changes fatty acid consistency of lipids erythrocytes membrane: decreases level of lenoleic acid and considerably increases level of arachidonic acid and have no additional effect on the indexes of arterial pressure. The inclusion of mildronat in the complex treatment of metabolic syndrome does not affect on the fatty acid indexes on erythrocytes membrane, improves the pumping function of the heart and improves the hypotensive effect of lisinopril in metabolic patients. The combination of both drugs normalizes the fatty-acid range of erythrocytes membrane, decreases supraventricular paroxysmal disturbances of the cardiac rhythm, improves the pumping action function of the heart and leads to additional positive effects on the parameters of continuous monitoring of blood pressure.
