Dissertation is devoted to the research of mechanism of cooperation of the rational and irrational in the educational establishment management. Cognitive facilities reproduce rational and irrational as processes which generate specific products: from one side, the system of pedagogical values in which senses are concentrated and they became artifacts; from another side, innovative senses, which form dynamic located energetic-powerful fields; together they form yegregor which fill the space of the educational establishment and determine character of mutual relations between the participants of educational process or its atmosphere. Their correlation is provided by senses, that carries in itself administrative information during making a decision. The mechanism of their cooperation reproduces self-regulation in the contour of social organism of educational form. According with valued-senseful basis, which circulates through the communicative channels, the staff of the pedagogical establishment gets valued-senseful motivation which determines emergence of cultural, senseful and integrated forms of education management.
