Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the definition of psychophysiological peculiarities of the pupils and students at condition of urban environment, depending on content of lead, strontium and calcium in organism with the estimation of metals' content in hair. It was shown that bioelectrical activity of the brain and higher psyhic functions depend on fluctuations of the level of lead, strontium and calcium in the organism; this sensitivity was more intensive in 12-15 year old pupils compared to18-20 year old students and athlets compared to non-athlets' students. Neurotropic significance of lead, stroncium and calcium was revealed even concentrations of given metals were within the limits of norm.
