Abrashkevitchus G. Intercultural communications in polyethnic society(аfter the example of the Churlyonis M.K. Crimean Republican community of Lithuanian culture)

Complex research of intercultural communication in polyethnic society is carried out in the dissertation work. Intercultural communication has been considered as a complex multiaspect, sociocultural phenomenon. Ethnoculture and communication interdependence has been researched by the author, the uniting role of culture in polycultural society is pointed out. Ethnoculture significance within the national formation processes in the epoch of globalization has been elicited. Ethnoculture adaptation mechanisms in information society, technologies of transmitting and keeping cultural information are analyzed in the dissertation. The process of interethnic contacts by computer technologies has been proved. The author turns her mind to tourism as a form of intercultural communication potential as well as its approval of existing different cultures in tourist activity individual experience. The author has given determination in the context of which the effectiveness of intercultural communication on common to all mankind principles of "Truth - Good - Beauty" is intensified. After the example of the project "Lithuanian trace on the Crimean Land" the connection of theoretical principles and practice of national cultural communities has been stressed. The advisability of cultural communities activity in communicative space of polyethnic and polycultural Crimea has been proved.
