Dissertation is devoted to learning of X-Ray computed densitometry of uric stones for finding out of regimes of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. It was presented results of extracorporeal lithotripsy of 147 uric stones in experiment and treatment of 270 patients for stone disease. It was find out dependence between stone density and mineral nature: density of oxolat is 1114,24±109,46 Hu, urat have 264,65±55,47 Hu, fosfats - 625,41± 74,59 Hu, density of combined stones is 839,31±61,42 Hu. It was proved for effective disintegration of uric stone of loud density needed 400-1500 shocks, middle density - 1501-3000 shocks, high density - 3001-4500 shocks, very high density - ESWL have no sense. Treating-diagnostic algorithm of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in patients with stone disease allow improve the effectiveness of treatment of ureteral stones. The regime of extracorporeal lithotripsy in patients with stone disease allows for certain in 1,4-2 times decrease the activity of tubular epithelium destruction (?-glutamiltransferase, leucinaminopeptidaze N-acetil-?-D-glukozaminidaze and glikozaminoglikan) in urine, comparing with traditional regimes of lithotripsy, decrease the level of kidney parenhim destruction, improve post-operated period, hasting spontaneous pass-away of the stone fragments and decrease complications from 25% in traditional way to 12%.
