Essay

The thesis is devoted to the actual problem of Ukrain language teaching at secondary school which has been not enough studied in scientific-methodical literature. The metodiсs of use of the functional-stylistic approach to the studying of the independent parts of the language in the 5-7th forms of secondary school which provieles their cousioleration of meanings, forms and functious as a unity. It has been theoratically substantiated and experimentally tested, that pupils' stylistic abilities and spills are based on the theoretical linguistics principles which include the knowledge about main styles, types and genres of speech. Proposed system of work promotes forming necessary grammar knowledge and practical skills of secondary school' pupils connected with the arraugement of their own statements, improving the general level of culture of oral and written speech.
