Essay

In the thesis considered industrial area located in the structure of the cities of Donbas. Assessed the degree of effectiveness for use in rebuilding economic sector of Ukraine under the program of restructuring the coal industry. The analysis of stages of old-industrial coal-mining areas in Western Europe and the Donbas, consider existing domestic and foreign experience in reconstruction of industrial areas. Defined a comprehensive reconstruction and method of implementation. A seven areas of complex reconstruction. Formed the principal functional model of urban planning and environmental organizations of industrial areas of the city of Donetsk.
