Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the solution of an actual task of modern social medicine - optimization of the anesthesiology service in the general hospitals of Ukraine. The autor has investigated the structure, resources provision and activiti of the anesthesiology service of central district, urban and regional hospitals. Functional and organizational model of the optimization of the anesthesiology service has been substantiated for the regional hospitals and its individual elements have been introduced into practice.
