The object - technological processes and devices of automated bearing manufacture. The purpose - detection relations of constructional peculiarity of details and structures, modes of grinding for creation of methods direct technological influence to processes treatment of details. Methods - mathematical apparatus of analyzes and synthesis for modeling of sizes parameters of details. The novelty - deduced analytical formulas for creation algorithm of rational management of grinding processes. The results - introduced two procedure instructions on VAT "SKF Ukraine" Lutsk bearing plant. The use sphere - finishing without-center grinding operations of bearings rings.
