Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a problem about the perfection of functional preparedness structure of high skilled wrestlers in various weight categories at a stage of the maximal realization of individual opportunities. The researches have been conducted in 2005-2007 at the precompetition stage with the participation of 154 high skilled wrestlers in the age from 18 till 28 years, among them the members of Ukrainian National team of various wrestling kinds: Greco-Roman, free-style, judo. Complex of pedagogical tests and instrumental methods have been used. Experimental researches elicited the leading factors and correlations which characterized the wrestler's functional preparedness structure, determined a high level of wrestler's special work capacity. It is resulted that the leading factors of high skilled wrestler's functional preparedness included: the power of anaerobic system of energy supply, the economy and mobility of physiological systems functioning, the condition of regulatory mechanisms of cardiac activity, the level of metabolism processes and excitability of cardiac muscle. The criteria and methods for an estimation of functional preparedness of high skilled wrestlers of various weight categories are substantiated, the modeling characteristics of functional preparedness structure are developed, the opportunities of its perfection in a year training cycle are proved.
