Kolosok T. Social and cultural identity in European integration conditions (using the example of Ukrainian-Czech cultural relations)

The Thesis is devoted to the culturological analysis of the phenomenon of social and cultural identity in the intercultural interaction context (using the example of Ukrainian and Czech cultures). In the Thesis the sources base of the investigation is analyzed; the number of conceptions («communication», «interaction», «intercourse», «dialog», «Other», «Alien» etc.) are specified; the institutionalization peculiarities of intercultural interaction in modern social and cultural process are exposed; the cultural and historic typology of formation the Ukrainian-Czech cultural interaction in the end of 20th – beginning of the 21st century using the example of Diaspora activity in Czech Republic as the factor of social and cultural identity of the Ukrainians preserving, are developed; the peculiarities of modern state of Ukrainian and Czech cultures interaction are ascertained; the prospects for Ukrainian and Czech cultures dialog in the context of the European integration processes are forecasted and the ways of its optimization are offered.
