The thesis shows some practical solutions of actual problem in skills formation of application of information communicational technologies in educational process and in the future professional activity of lawyers. It has been studied the essence of the pedagogical conception of the "professional information competence" and pointed out its structural components. The thesis determines information competences which the future lawyers must wield professionally.
