Essay

The Object - the process of the physical education of the teenagers; the Objective- to ground experimentally an optimal substance of the physical training classes in the process of the physical education of the teenagers of different somatotypes at comprehensive schools; methodology: analysis, generalization of the literature; somatometry, somatoscopy, spirometry, pulsometry, dynamometry, sphygmometry, stepergometry, pedagogical (observation, testing, experiment, that foresaw astated and formative stages, the former was organized by longithidial method), mathematic-statical; the novelty - it was proved for the first time that the usage of the content at the physical education classes for 11-14-year old boys which takes into consideration the pubescence peculiarities, the physical qualities dynamics, the health state is more effective in the solving tasks of the sanitary direction in comparison with the variants that envisage an influence on the physical qualities of the children in sensitive periods or those, which dominate in the structure of their calisthenics; - it was found out for the first time in the longithidial experiment peculiarities of the changes in the physical health and its correlations with the changes in the activities of the calisthenics of the boys during 11-14 years with various somatotypes, that assisted at the ascertaining of the effective direction of the physical load for the solving tasks of the sanitary direction; - the knowledge about tempo dependence of the pubescence, the physical qualities dynamics and capacity for work of the 11-14-year old boys on their somatotypes was deepened; - the data about the possibility of adjustment the teenagers' physical state with the help of the purposeful influence on their physical qualities; the results - were set forth in the guidance references; the results - were introduced into the teaching and educational process comprehensive schools and higher educational establishments.
