Essay

Dissertation is devoted the study of adaptive typological changes of central and peripheral circulation of blood for skilled sportsmen-swimmers, formed under influencing of specific terms of water environment. It is set that adaptive for swimmers the hyperkinetic type circulation of blood corresponds an optimum stereotype of circulation of blood in orthostatic position, which is characterized high functional descriptions and capacity in clinostatic position of body and large tension of cardiovascular mechanisms and less capacity in vertical position. It is thus set that the greater representative office of the hyperkinetic mode of adjusting corresponds more high sporting qualification in orthostatic position. Growth of representative office of this type of adjusting is marked in the process of transition to general preparatory to the competition periods of sporting activity. It is shown that the applied structure of training for swimmers on distances of marathons does not provide adequate adaptation of the heart-vessels system of sportsmen, which is reflected in more low results of competitions. The offered correction of the trainings loadings on the pre-competition and competition period in the marathon swimming allowed attaining a high representative office functionally optimum hyperkinetic type of adjusting, simultaneously with the increase of level of sporting results.
