Ivchenko A. Quality management of instrumental preparation of multiproduct machine-building manufacturing

The dissertation is aimed at instrumental preparation quality improvement of core production by means of methodic and normative basis development for initiation and application of process-oriented quality management system of instrumental preparation of production (IPP), which is being integrated in general system of management of multiproduct machine-building manufacturing (MM). In the work scientific approaches to the development of a universal process-oriented model of quality management of the system IPP МM are presented. Based on the model the system of scientific principles and regulations is proved, that secure the forming of the efficient structures of IPP МM management. The model of quality evaluation of IPP МM is developed the basis for which is formed of balanced scorecard. In the dissertation main regulations of regulatory documents for quality management of IPP МM and the procedure of its application are suggested which allows raising value of IPP system.
