Essay

The separation methodеs, technological sequences of receiving and purifying the technical gases were analyzed. There were considered processes in reflux condencers, rectification, adsorption, freezing. The cooling acceptance for ensuring the separation processes within the range of temperature 4...300 K was analyzed. There were studied schemes of cut-in heating and refrigerating systems (HRS) in rectification and adsorbtion purifying systems, calculated of specific energy expenses of different installations, shown way of improvement HRS. There were formed conditions, under which are reached the acceptable degrees of extraction and products quality under minimum energy expenses. Experimental work of the thermosiphon in the reflux condencer of rectification column of universal installation for extraction of krypton and xenon built-in was explored. There were received the Q-T features of modified cryogenic gas machines ZIF-700 and ZIF-1000 when they work in the temperature interval 50...80 K. Energy criterion for comparison of installation periodic functioning (freezers and adsorbers) of different capacity, working in the range of temperature 4…77 K was developed.
