Gryshchenko O. Geoeconomic Strategies of TNC as a Factor of International Competitiveness of the Basing Countries

The dissertation investigates geoeconomic strategies of TNC in the context of international competitiveness of the countries of basing, the tendencies of forming the modern open economies. Foreign practice of increase of international competitiveness is studied, in particular the processes of creation in the national economy of the nuclear formed by the vertically and horizontally integrated corporations is studied. On the example of the Asian countries' the mechanisms of the utilization by the state of the TNC potential for realization of geoeconomic strategies are shown. The model of the balanced development of the national economy of Ukraine in the context of transnational expansion is formulated.
