Shulga I. Transnacionalization of Financial-Industrial Groups Activity

Object of research: process of formation of transnational character of activity of financial and industrial groups. The purpose of dissertational work is development of methodological bases and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning transnationalization of activity of financial and industrial groups in the conditions of an aggravation of a global competition. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, a method of the comparative analysis, ordering, a generalisation method, methods of the statistical analysis, a method of the system analysis and economic-mathematical modelling.
