Activity of non-government organizations in conditions of political systems and public institutes reforming, civil society, the third sector, intersectoral interaction in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus has been investigated in the thesis. Specific features of system political transformation in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus has been studied and comparatively analyzed, characteristics of the different types of political regimes in these countries have had their complex reflection. Author has explained theoretically the necessity of non-government organizations' political and social activity in post-soviet countries as the urgent factor of society democratization.
