Polyashenko T. The reception of the custom right in the modern Ukrainian culture

The little researched in the domestic science problematics of the display of the right regulation in the public life in the Ukrainian culture of the ХХth and beginning of the XXI century is analyzed in the dissertation. The features of the development of the Ukrainian custom right, its historical evolution in the aspect of the embodiment of the custom right in the culture of the Ukraine of the ХХ - ХХІth century are analyzed. The degree of the scientific maintenance of the given research on the basis of the generalization of the available literature of the investigated problem is revealed. The key concepts of the research (right custom and its basic signs, right custom and the right, custom right, custom right and right culture, etc.) are specified. The ceremonial character of the Ukrainian custom right, its influence on the development of the Ukrainian art culture is shown.
