3. The research object. Destructive and regenerative processes in liver at experimental cirrhosis after cryodenervation of hepatic artery and cryohepatodestruction and their combined use. The research aim. The dissertation covers the studies of the effect of combined use of periarterial cryodenervation of hepatic artery and cryohepatodestruction on character and dynamics of regeneration processes in liver at experimental cirrosis. Research methods. Operative intervation with the use of cryosurgical instruments. Biochemical, biomicroscopic, histological, electronic-microscopic and standard statistical methods. For the first time there has been demonstrated the advantage of cryosurgical variant of a. hepatica denervation in comparison with the mechanical method, consisting in more simple technique of operative invasion, acceleration of performance and less traumatic manipulation.
