Malyarenko P. Transformation of International Enterprise Activity in the Conditions of Vagueness of Global Markets

Object of research: process of transformation of the international enterprise activity in the conditions of modern Vagueness the global markets. The purpose of dissertational work is development of teoretiko-methodological bases of research of process of transformation of the international enterprise activity and working out of scientifically-practical recommendations concerning improvement of enterprise activity in Ukraine in conditions Vagueness the global markets at the present stage world economic developments. Research methods: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, general scientific methods of knowledge: a method of theoretical generalisation; the system approach; an analysis and synthesis method; methods of the statistical and economic-mathematical analysis. Theoretical results сonsist in deepening of theoretical and scientifically-methodical bases concerning the account of conditions and definition of organizational-economic bases of transformation of the international enterprise activity in the conditions of modern волатильности the global markets. Practical results: substantive provisions of dissertational work will promote development of approaches to formation of effective integration of enterprise sector of economy of Ukraine in the global economic environment. Scientific novelty: for the first time: the logiko-consecutive model of process of formation of the international enterprise activity is developed; the imitating economic-mathematical model of a choice of the optimum form of enterprise activity is offered; are improved: quantitative approaches to an estimation of influence of use of potential of the enterprises of a small-scale business on development of foreign trade activities of Ukraine; the mechanism of the state support of development of potential of the international enterprise activity; have received the further development: teoretiko-methodical bases of decision-making by a small enterprise concerning export of goods, works or services on a foreign market; conceptually-kategorialnyj the device of the international economy.
