The dissertation research is devoted the cuturological analysis of mutual relations of theater and spectator in the theaters of Odessa. Complex theoretical and experimental approach, which consists of combination of synergetic, systems, psychological and sociological conformities to the law of functioning and historical development of the system theater-spectator. The modern mutual relations of theater and spectator are considered in the world, and also sociocultural features of forming and prospect of development of the system theater-spectator in Ukraine.
