In dissertation the problem of forming future economists' readiness to teaching activity in the process of master's degree preparation is investigated. The essence of this phenomenon is defined and scientifically grounded as difficult systematic personality-professional phenomenon which integrates valued-motivational, contently-operational and reflective components. The phenomenon predetermines future professional activity and professional development effectiveness; demonstrates specialist's successful professional preparation level.
