Zalizniak A. Training Young Teachers for Working with Parents in Moral Education of Upper preschool Children

The research considers the problem of training young teachers for working with parents in moral education of upper preschool children, analyzing the essense and state of the problem researched in the pedagogical theory and practice of higher education. The research defines the notion 'the readiness of young teachers for working with parents in moral education of upper preschool children', points out the criteria and levels of the researched readiness. It makes precise the notions 'moral education', 'pedagogical interaction of teachers and parents' as well as works out and grounds the pattern of training young teachers for the above mentioned activity, which outlines the relations of the components, conditions and stages of pedagogical training. The pedagogical conditions providing the efficiency of the suggested system of training young teachers for working with parents in moral education of upper preschool children have been grounded and experimentally proved.
