In experimental part of work on the model of ventricular fibrillation at piglings studied efficiency and safety of application of two forms of bipolar impulse of defibrillation: quasisinuzoidal and trapezoidal. It is set that application of defibrillation, a bipolar impulse is realized in which, allows effectively to termination VF and proceed in a hemodynamics effective cardiac rhythm. However it should be noted that the use of trapetzoidal bipolar impulse is more effective and safe, as for him characteristically considerable large threshold size of damaging action and the less level of strength of current and energy of threshold of defibrillation. In clinical part importance of influencing of extracardial factors was shown on efficiency of defibrillation. A mechanism, which the decline of impedance, includes at itself the improvement of contact of chain «electrodes are skinning covers of patient», and also decline of volume of thorax, is provided by. Large efficiency of application of bipolar asymmetric trapetzoidal form of impulse was shown. The use with the purpose of pharmacological protection of reamberin and perftoran provides the improvement of the functional state of myocardium.
