Essay

The object of the research is moral education of senior preschool children. The aim of the research is to ground theoretically and test experimentally pedagogical conditions providing moral education of senior preschool children based on the Crimean Tatars' folk traditions. The methods used are theoretical, empiric, statistical. The novelty of the research consists in the following items: pedagogical conditions providing moral education of senior preschool children based on ethnopedagogical traditions of the Crimean Tatars have been revealed and scientifically grounded; the content of the notion "folk traditions of the Crimean Tatars' moral education" has been grounded; criteria have been specified, levels of moral education of senior preschool children (high, middle, low) in accordance with folk traditions of the Crimean Tatars have been characterized; stages of the work providing moral education of senior preschool children based on the Crimean Tatars' folk traditions have been defined; the content and forms of moral education of senior preschool children based on the Crimean Tatars' folk traditions have been specified. Theory and methods of moral education of senior preschool children have gained the further development. The results are as follows: methods of moral education of senior preschool children based on ethnopedagogical traditions of the Crimean Tatars under conditions of educational process realized in an establishment of preschool education have been elaborated; a program and methodical support of the classes aimed at providing moral education of senior preschool children based on the Crimean Tatars' folk traditions, methods of diagnostics regarding moral competence of senior preschool children have been worked out. The efficiency of introduction (adoption of new methods) is high. The corresponding branches are pedagogical, establishments of preschool education, institutes of higher pedagogical education.
