The dissertation is devoted to a problem of correction of chemical knowledge of pupils of the secondary school by means of monitoring of educational achievements. During our research we determined the methodical bases of monitoring of educational achievements, structural components, which reflect the features of monitoring, as central and basic component of process of correction; were devised and piloted didactic and methodical material (the complex of didactic exercises, correctional cards, recommendations for the teachers); model of correction of chemical knowledge of pupils of the secondary school.
