Essay

Dissertation is devoted to learning of psychological terms of preparation of future managers to the management changes in organization. The thesis contains of a theoretical ground, methodical bases and results of empiric research of the problem. The main approaches of understanding the essence of concept of management changes in organization are exposed in the dissertation. The maintenance and structure of psychological readiness of future managers to the management changes in organization which contains four associate components: motivational, cognitive, operational, personal is exposed. The features of psychological preparation of future managers to the management changes in organization are certain. The insufficient level of psychological readiness of future managers to the management changes in organization is found out. An intercommunication between the types of forming of structures of psychological readiness of future managers to the management changes in organization and row of social and demographic (sex, marital status and others) and organizational and professional (pattern of ownership of higher educational establishments, specialization) factors is analysed. The program of psychological preparation of future managers to the management changes in organization is developed.
