Object of researches - Technology of growing of bull-calves of red steppe and Ukrainian black-pied milk breeds with the use of the limited quantity of whole milk and granular mixed fodders. Purpose of researches - Experimentally to ground expedience of the limited use of milk forages and special granular mixed fodders on forming of meat productivity and quality of beef at the bull-calves of red steppe and Ukrainian black-pied milk breeds. The methods of researches are zootechnicss, histological, physical and chemical, technological, organolepticheskie, economic, statistical. Results of researches: 1. For a theory - theoretical knowledges were Extended through question of feeding of telyat in a milk period, and also theoretical positions in relation to scar digestion for all period of growing of bull-calves of milk breeds depending on a form and structure of the concentrated forages.. 2. For practice - on the basis of the conducted researches to recommend the chart of growing of bull-calves of milk breeds on a meat in a milk period, which foresees the limited quantity of milk forages (180 l) and polnoratsionnie granular predstartovie (30-35 kg) and starting (200-210 kg) mixed fodders in feeding. The sphere of the use is the economies which are engaged in growing of bull-calves on a meat.
