Dissertation is dedicated to the problem of preparation of the future Informatics teachers to professional orientation activity with senior pupils in a modern information field. The scientific approaches to organization of professional-orientation activity are allocated; it examines the base concepts of research. The specificity of professional orientation job of the future Informatics teachers is selected. The pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future experts are determined. The criteria and levels of readiness to professional orientation activity outlined. The model of preparation of the future Informatics teachers is scientifically proved. The technology of stage-by-stage preparation of the future experts is developed, grounded and checked experimentally. The basic results of research are inculcated in the educational process of higher educational establishments.
